Poco Junk Mail Filtering FAQ - Determining what triggered Junk Mail filtering for a specific article.

Is there a way to tell why a particular piece of mail triggers a junk mail filter? When I use the "Apply and Test" facility it states that a piece of mail will be filtered in every setting [XPS15], but why? Did it trigger a keyword or what?

	The "Apply and Test" button on the "Junk mail filtering" form will display the reasons a message was considered junk. (The message must have been received by Poco 3 for this to work, messages imported from Poco 2 do not contain the necessary information).

	That's a very good question, as far as I know there is no way to do this at the present time. BTW: XPS15 says that the message received a score of 15 on the spam index scale. It's likely that multiple conditions triggered that score.
