| Poco does not automatically download external images when displaying messages.
This is a security feature to prevent spammers from validating your email address.
You can change this behaviour by pressing the tri-colour button at the top right of the preview pane.
This button acts as a toggle and the setting is remembered. |

In Poco 3, the icon looks like this:  When you hover your mouse over the icon, you'll see an identifying tooltip, "Toggle image downloading."
If you want to remove this button from the toolbar, right-click on it and uncheck "Show Security Control."
