Poco Signatures FAQ - Signatures on multiple accounts

Q: I receive mail on seven different accounts. When I want to send mail on an account that is not my default I change the From field at the top of the new message window to the account I want to send from. But this does not change the signature to the one associated with that account.

Any ideas?

If I reply then the correct signature appears.

 
A: The signature associated with your various accounts is being used correctly when you reply to a message because Poco knows which account the message came in under and uses the signature for that account when you start a reply.

When you compose a new message Poco uses the default account and selects the signature associated with that account. If you are not using special styling codes or fonts in your signatures then do the folliowing:
  1. Open a new compose window
  2. From the "View" window if there isn't a check mark beside "Enable signature pane" click it. (From how you describe things I don't think there will be a check mark there now).
  3. Close the compose window and open another. Try changing accounts, the signature should change as you do.
  1. Open the "Program Options" window (press F7)
  2. Press the "Default Body Format" tab
  3. Make sure the "Use the following font for the signature" box is not checked.
  4. Press "Ok" to save any changes.
Next:
  1. Open a new compose window
