Poco Replying FAQ - Quoting only a section of the message

Q: Is is possible to highlight some text, and in the reply only the highlighted text is quoted.

Yes, this is possible but you must first enable it. To do so:
  1. Open the "Program Options" form by pressing F7.
  2. Select the "Message Text Quoting" tab.
  3. Check the "Quote only selected text if present" box.
  4. Press "Ok".
Alternatively, in Poco 3 you can take advantage of a new feature called the QuoteBar.
