Q: How do I prevent the "Online progress and error messages" window from popping up every time my mail is checked?
 
A:
  1. Open the "Program options" form either by pressing Shift+F7 or by selecting "Options..." from the "Tools" menu.
  2. Under the "General Options" tab uncheck the "Show Progress Window:" "while online" box.
