Poco Filter FAQ - Creating a filter

Q: How do I create a filter in Poco?
 
A:
  1. From the "Tools" menu select "Filters..." (or press F4 from the main Poco menu).
  2. Make sure the appropriate tab s selected (by default it should be the "Incoming" tab).
  3. Press the "New Filter" button near the bottom left of the form.
  4. In the "Search" field select the item you want to filter on (eg: "From").
  5. In the "for" field enter the value you want to search for.
  6. If you want to perform the actions only when the condition is not met then check the "Match only if not found" box.
  7. Select the "Perform" action you want.
  8. If you selected "Move message to" then select the "Unknown sender" mailbox.
  9. Press "Ok" to save the filter and "Ok" to close the filter window.
